It includes unlimited customers and loyalty cards, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, the dashboard, the QR code, one push notification per month and a mini showcase site. You can use it indefinitely without ever paying.
Yes. There is no time commitment: you move from Starter to Push or Pro, or back down, whenever you want from your account. Cancellation is immediate and takes one click. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
The paid Push and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You get access to every feature of the plan you chose for two weeks, with no charge. It is the ideal window to set up your program, invite your customers and measure your first results before paying anything.
At the end of the 14 days, if you have added a payment method, your paid subscription continues at the listed price. Otherwise, your account automatically switches to the free Starter plan — you keep your account, your customers and your loyalty cards, at no cost. You can activate a paid plan anytime.
